MISDEMEANOR DISPOSITIONS:

Landon Boyd Lafevers, 33, of McAlester, received a one-year deferred sentence for obstructing an officer. Lafevers was also ordered to pay fines and courts fees.

FELONY DISPOSITIONS:

Michael Ray Crawley, 40, McAlester, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to deliver controlled dangerous substance, possession of controlled dangerous substance by and inmate and possession of contraband (cell phone) by inmate and received 10 years in the custody of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections with four years suspended.

Cristopher Wayne Cacy, 24, McAlester, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to deliver controlled dangerous substance and received a 15-year sentence in the custody of ODOC with 10 years suspended.

Landon Boyd Lafevers, 33, of McAlester made a blind plea of guilty and was sentenced to a five-year deferred sentence for knowingly concealing stolen property. Lafevers also made a blind plea of guilty to charges of burglary in the second degree and knowingly concealing property and was sentenced to five-years deferred for each count to run concurrently with each other.

Allen Lee Spurlock Jr., 34, of McAlester, pleaded guilty to knowingly concealing stolen property and received a six-year deferred sentence to run concurrent with a previous felony sentence.

Rachelle Deann Wooten, 33, of McAlester, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to deliver controlled dangerous substance and received a five-year deferred sentence with the first two years supervised by the District 18 District Attorney’s Office.

Two counts of burglary in the second degree were dismissed against Joshua Allen Skinner, 24, of McAlester, after he successfully completed drug court as per a 2017 plea deal.

Possession of controlled dangerous drug was dismissed against Matthew Ray Carshall, 27, of McAlester, after he successfully completed drug court as per a 2017 plea deal.

Two more counts of possession of controlled dangerous substance were also dismissed against Carshall for successful completion of drug court as per a 2017 plea deal.

Charges of obstructing officer and domestic abuse-assault and battery were dismissed against Donell Santory Ayers, 28, of McAlester due to a witness not cooperating.

Domestic abuse-assault and battery and assault, battery, or assault and battery with a dangerous weapon were also dismissed against Ayers due to a witness not cooperating.
