Shaun Allen Smith, 25, McAlester — Burglary in the first degree, threaten to perform act of violence, trespassing after being forbidden

Christopher Allen Nooner, 48, McAlester — Domestic assault and battery by strangulation, domestic abuse – assault and battery, disrupt/prevent/interrupt emergency phone call

Shyla Raye Smith, 33, Wilburton — Burglary in the second degree, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, trespassing after being forbidden

MISDEMEANOR DISPOSITIONS:

Michael Jared Lambeth, 29, Mounds, received a one-year deferred sentence for public intoxication and was ordered to pay fines and court costs for removing proper or affixing improper license plate and failing to register vehicle within 30 days of purchase.

Danny Calloway, 56, Houston, Texas, received two, one-year suspended sentences for possession of controlled dangerous substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Alex Chad Maness, 50, no address given, was ordered to pay fines and court costs for public intoxication.

Michelle Lee Garrison, 48, McAlester, received a one-year deferred sentence for obtaining cash or merchandise by bogus check/false pretenses along with restitution.

Tiffany Leanne Quinton, 30, Quinton, received a two-year deferred sentence for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol with 18 months supervised by the District 18 District Attorney’s Office.

Michael Jared Lambeth, 29, Mounds, received a one-year deferred sentence for public intoxication.

Jennifer Renee Hardin, 38, Eufaula, received a six-month deferred sentence for public intoxication.

A 2008 charge of larceny of gasoline-pump piracy, was dismissed against Joe Keith Chase, 58, Porum.

Two counts of domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor were dismissed against Lacrisha Harrison, 36, McAlester.

FELONY DISPOSITIONS:

Roy L. Roberts, 34, Krebs, was sentenced to 20 years in the custody of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections with all but five years suspended for first-degree manslaughter with credit for time served. Roberts is to be supervised by ODOC’s probation and parole after release for two years.

John Andrew Smith, 29, McAlester, received a five-year sentence in the custody of the ODOC for larceny from the house with credit for time served. Smith also received a one-year sentence in the Pittsburg County Jail for uttering forged instrument.

Ronald James Fellows, 36, Krebs, received a three-year suspended sentence for falsely personate another to create liability.

Rafieal Sincalir Conway, 29, McAlester, received a five-year suspended sentence for burglary in the second degree.

Michael Anthony Williams, 20, McAlester, received a two-year deferred sentence for distribution of controlled dangerous substance with DA supervision for one year.

Aaron Hudson, 18, Stigler, received a two-year deferred sentence for assault with a dangerous weapon and is ordered to receive a mental health assessment and attend anger management.

Possession of stolen vehicle was dismissed against Aisha T. James, 41, McAlester.

2001 charges of trafficking in illegal drugs, unlawful possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute, possession of firearm while committing felony, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed against Richard Dean Watkins, 51, McAlester after it was learned Watkins was federal indicted in 2001 and served eight years in federal custody as the charges came from a federal investigation.
