FELONY DISPOSITIONS:

Ricky Lee Jackson, 58, Clayton, was sentenced to five years in the custody of the ODOC for trafficking in illegal drugs to run concurrently with Pushmataha County felony sentences and one year in the ODOC for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia with credit for time served on both sentences.

Christopher Wayne Cacy, 24, McAlester, received 15 years in the custody of the ODOC with the final 10 years suspended for conspiracy to deliver controlled substance.

Corey Michael Jones, 29, McAlester, received four years in the custody of the ODOC after making a blind plea deal for prisoner placing body fluid on a detention officer.

Rachel Heathcock, 42, McAlester, was sentenced to a 10-year deferred sentence for embezzlement and is ordered to pay at least $25 a month until the amount of $84,480 in restitution is paid.

Trina Lyn Miller, 43, McAlester, was sentenced to a five-year deferred sentence for battery/assault and battery on a police officer.

William Drew Sullivan, 28, McAlester, was sentenced to seven years deferred for falsely personate another to create liability and is ordered to complete community sentencing with supervision by the ODOC probation and parole.

Brandon Eugene Pedigo, 32, McAlester, was sentenced to six years deferred for leaving scene of accident involving injury and malicious injury to property-over $1,000 to run concurrently with two years supervised by the DA’s office.

Johnny Ray Dinwiddie, 18, McAlester, received a three-year deferred sentence for burglary in the third degree with two years supervised by the DA’s office.

Four counts of possession of firearm after former felony conviction, knowingly concealing stolen property, and possession of controlled dangerous substance were dismissed against Sidney Charles Shannon, 35, McAlester due to Shannon being charged in federal court for charges stemming from the state’s investigation.
