Lion Kathy Crowl details the upcoming "Cowboy Cadillac" fundraiser by the McAlester Lions Club.

1. What is the mission for the event?

The Lions Cowboy Cadillac fundraiser helps support Lions 4 State Project, the Oklahoma Lions Eye Bank, the Oklahoma Lions Boys Ranch “Meadows of Hope’, the Mobile Health Screening Unit, and the KidSight Program.

2. What kind of prizes are there?

A drawing for a new Ford F150 XLT Cred Cab Truck or $15,000 cash will be held at 1 p.m. on the showroom floor. Each entry into the drawing is $5 and tickets may be purchased at the event prior to the drawing.

3. When is the "Cowboy Cadillac" going to be held?

The event will be held Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Freedom Ford 720 S. George Nigh Expressway, McAlester, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

4. How many tickets are available and what are the contest rules?

There are a limited number of tickets to be sold — only 25,000, which gives a ticket holder a 1-in-25,000 chance to win. Winner must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, and present proof of insurance. Tax, title and license tag fees are not included in the prize. Other terms and conditions may apply.

5. What else is available at the event?

We will be able to give free eye scanning; also the Mobile screening and state service projects will be on display.
