Law enforcement officers conducted a search of a downtown business early Tuesday, with two individuals taken into custody at the scene.

Pittsburg County Sheriff Chris Morris said one of the arrests occurred when officers executing the search warrant found substances, including marijuana and pills, at Downtown Detail, at 349 E. Choctaw Ave. Morris said business owner Chris Hill was taken into custody and transported to the Pittsburg County Jail.

Another individual at the detail shop was arrested on an outstanding warrant, Morris said.

Morris, who was at the site, said he and his deputies executed the search warrant, with assistance from the McAlester Police Department and the District 18 District Attorney's Task Force.

Officers continued to conduct the search warrant early Tuesday. In addition to searching inside the main building, they searched property outside, including an outbuilding and at least one vehicle at the site.
