MISDEMEANOR DISPOSITIONS:

Derek Gunner Davenport, 24, McAlester, was ordered to pay a fine and court costs for driving with license cancelled/suspended/revoked.

Jimmy Durant, 51, McAlester, was ordered to pay a fine and court costs for public intoxication

Anthony Forest Frens, 36, Dalton, Pennsylvania, was ordered to pay a fine and court costs for public intoxication.

Domestic Assault and Battery was dismissed by request of the victim against Damien Dewayne Eubanks, 20, McAlester.

FELONY DISPOSITIONS:

Damien Dewayne Eubanks, 20, McAlester, pleaded guilty to burglary in the second degree. Eubanks shall receive a four-year deferred sentence upon successful completion of drug court. If Eubanks fails to complete the program, he shall receive seven years in the custody of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.

Leandre Darris Sutton, 34, Lewsiville, Texas, received two six-year suspended sentences after pleading guilty to possession with intent to distribute and possession of firearm after former felony conviction.

Cory Shawn Coberly, 22, McAlester, was sentenced to five-years deferred for outraging public decency and one-year deferred for possession of controlled dangerous substance.

Assault and battery with a deadly weapon was dismissed against Robert Dale Cummins, 55, McAlester after a judge agreed to the “stand your ground” defense.

Assault with a dangerous weapon and malicious injury to property-under $1.000, were dismissed against Ronni Hatfield, 24, Quinton, Derrick Randall Turpin, 25, Quinton, and Joshua Rany James Johnson, 21, Quinton.
