MISDEMEANOR DISPOSITIONS:

Natasha Battiest, 28, McAlester, pleaded guilty to driving with license cancelled/suspended/revoked and was ordered to pay fines and court costs.

Tyler Needham, 28, Quinton, pleaded guilty to domestic abuse-assault and battery and was sentenced to a one-year sentence in the Pittsburg County Jail with all but 45 days suspended with one-year supervision by the District 18 District Attorney’s Office.

Kaha Qwina Hekela Kealoha, 28, Depew, pleaded guilty to trespassing after being forbidden and was sentenced to time served along with paying fines and court costs.

Darron Ray Aldridge, 41, Krebs, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and received a six-month suspended sentence with one weekend in the custody of the Pittsburg County Jail along with fines and court costs.

Kali Dawn Smith, 26, McAlester, pleaded guilty to forgery in the second degree and received a six-month suspended sentence with supervision under the DA’s office along with court costs and fines.

Derrick Lee Eubanks, 29, McAlester, pleaded guilty to a protective order violation and received a one-year suspended sentence to be supervised by the DA’s office along with fines and court costs.

Wyman Lucas Bringinggood, 42, McAlester — pleaded no contest to eluding/attempting to elude police officer and received a one-year suspended sentence with supervision by the DA’s office and 50 hours of community service. He is also ordered to pay court costs and fines for driving with license cancelled/suspended/revoked and defective vehicle.

Kennedy Alexis Bullett, 18, McAlester, pleaded no contest to trespassing after being forbidden and received a six-month suspended sentence with supervision by the DA’s office along with fines and court costs.

Ishmael Gayton Hernandez, 30, McAlester, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license and transporting opened container of beer and was ordered to pay fines and court costs.

Chontae Johnson, 23, Hartshorne, pleaded no contest to obstructing officer and received a one-year suspended sentence to be supervised by the DA’s office.

Kaylon Joe Gates, 25, McAlester, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled dangerous substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to two one-year suspended sentences to run concurrent with each other along with fines and court costs.

Brian Laman, 51, McAlester, pleaded no contest to domestic abuse-assault and battery and was sentenced to a one-year suspended sentence with supervision by the DA’s office along with fines and court costs.

Laman also pleaded no contest to a second charge of domestic abuse-assault and battery and was sentenced to a one-year suspended sentence with supervision by the DA’s office along with fines and court costs.

Augustus Blackburn, 23, Canadian, received one-year suspended sentences for domestic abuse-assault and battery, malicious injury to property-under $1,000 and a six-month suspended sentence for threaten to perform act of violence after pleading no contest to the charges. Blackburn is also ordered to pay fines and court costs with one-year supervision by the DA’s office.

Bobby Joe Simmons, 43, Stigler, pleaded no contest to eluding/attempting to elude police officer and received a one-year suspended sentence with five weekends in the Pittsburg County Jail. Simmons also received a one-year suspended sentence for obstructing an officer and was ordered to pay fines and court costs for driving with license cancelled/suspended/revoked.

Calvin Don Miller Jr., 36, Wilburton, pleaded no contest to possession of controlled dangerous substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and received a one-year suspended sentence for each count. Miller was ordered to pay fines and court costs for driving without a driver’s license.

Dewayne Lamont Walker Jr., 21, McAlester, pleaded no contest to obstructing an officer and received a one-year suspended sentence. Walker was also ordered to pay fines and court costs for public intoxication.

Aaron Joseph Wells, 25, McAlester, pleaded no contest to knowingly concealing stolen property and breaking and entering dwelling without permission and was sentenced to six-months in the Pittsburg County Jail for each count with credit for time served.

Adam Wade Monroe, 35, Durant, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled dangerous substance and was ordered to pay fines and court costs.

Richuan Deionta Knox, 23, McAlester, received a two-year deferred sentence with 18 months DA supervision for malicious injury to property-under $1,000 and assault and battery.

Cody Wayne Phillips, 25, McAlester, received an 18-month deferred sentence with one-year DA supervision for nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images.

Jamal Joel Carr, 25, Haileyville, received an 18-month deferred sentence for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence while under the influence of drugs and possession of controlled dangerous substance with all 18-months supervised by the DA’s office.

Charlie James Dowling, 31, Eufaula, received a two-year deferred sentence for two counts of possession of controlled dangerous substance. Dowling was also ordered to pay fines and court costs for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Adam Bowers, 41, Castle Rock, Colorado, received an 18-month deferred sentence for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol-aggravated.

Justin Tyler Mann, 21, McAlester, received an 18-month deferred sentence for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs and possession of controlled dangerous substance.

Shay Andrew Calvert, 22, Kiowa, received a two-year deferred sentence for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol aggravated.

Clinton Edward Miller, 34, Krebs, received a three-month deferred sentence for obstructing officer.

Raymond Henderson, 64, Hartshorne, received a two-year deferred sentence for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol with both years supervised by the DA’s office.

Sarah Little, 27, Pangburn, Arizona, received three 18-month deferred sentences for three counts of possession of controlled dangerous substance.

Samantha Ruth Budzinsky, 39, McAlester, received a two-year deferred sentence for obtaining cash or merchandise by bogus check/false pretenses.

Don William Armstrong, 28, Eufaula, received a two-year deferred sentence with one-year supervision by the DA’s office for domestic abuse-assault and battery.

Bradley Ray Trulock, 23, Quinton, received three 18-month deferred sentences for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs, possession of controlled dangerous substance, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia with one-year supervision by the DA’s office.

Edith Leta Patterson, 20, Quinton, received a two-year deferred sentence with one-year supervision by the DA’s office for domestic abuse-assault and battery.

Summer Raedawnn Speir, 21, Hanna, received a two-year deferred sentence with 18-months supervised the DA’s office for possession of controlled dangerous substance.

Christopher Thomas Botts, 24, McAlester, received two, 18-month deferred sentences for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol-aggravated and transporting opened container of beer with 18-months DA supervision.

James Steven Goodgion, 24, McAlester, received an 18-month deferred sentence for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Daniel Haws, 41, Crowder, received a six-month deferred sentence with six-months DA supervision for public intoxication.

Briana Rae Kendrick, 33, Canon City, Colorado, received a three-year deferred sentence for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol-aggravated.

Driving with license cancelled/suspended/revoked was dismissed against Preston Wade Shannon, 29, Pittsburg.

Uttering forged instrument was dismissed against Bretton Lee James, 29, McAlester.

Possession of controlled dangerous substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia will be dismissed against Fred Briar James Workman, 18, McAlester, upon payment of court costs.

Two counts of domestic abuse-assault and battery were dismissed against Toby Holmes, 37, McAlester.

Domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor was dismissed against Seth Kelley, 40, Quinton.

FELONY DISPOSITIONS:

Ricky Johnson Jr., 36, McAlester, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute and received a 10-year sentence in the custody of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Johnson also received one-year in the Pittsburg County Jail for resisting and officer. Both counts are to run concurrent with each other and prior felony sentences.

William Allen Hicks, 28, McAlester, received a two-year deferred sentence with both years to be supervised by the DA’s office for falsely personate another to create liability.

Amber Barchenger, 33, Lawton, received a five-year deferred sentence for burglary in the second-degree.

Trae Allen Ellis, 25, McAlester, received a three-year deferred sentence with one-year supervision by the DA’s office for falsely personate another to create liability.

Kyria Sue McDaniel, 35, McAlester, received a three-year deferred sentence for bringing contraband (drugs) into jail/penal institution.

Miranda Nicole Sustaita, 27, Lewisville, Texas, received a five-year deferred sentence for possession with intent to distribute with two years supervision by probation and parole.

Four protective order violations were dismissed against Andrew David Whitacre, 34, McAlester.
