MISDEMEANOR DISPOSITIONS:

Jennifer Raylene Stacy, 34, Oklahoma City pleaded no contest to obstructing an officer and was sentenced to 100 days in the custody of the Pittsburg County Sheriff’s Office with credit for time served.

Stacy also pleaded no contest to a second charge of obstructing an officer and received 100 days in the custody of the PCSO with credit for time served.

Michael Shane Carpenter, 48, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and received 30 days in the custody of the PCSO with credit for time served along with court costs and fees.

Clayton Bruce Thompson, 34, Talihina, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled dangerous substance and petit larcent. Thompson was sentenced to one year suspended with six months supervised by the District 18 District Attorney’s office for both sentences.

Jeffrey Troxel, 47, McAlester, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and is ordered to pay court costs and fines.

Parker Bolin Mathiews, 23, McAlester received a six-month deferred sentence along with being ordered to pay court costs and fines for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Fairell Elizabeth Pate, 23, Ada, received a one-year deferred sentence for joy riding along with court costs and fines.

Eric McConnell, 41, Oklahoma City, received a one-year deferred sentence for joy riding and driving with license cancelled/suspended/revoked with each count to run concurrent with each other.

Elijah Allan Merced, 21, McAlester, received a three-year deferred sentence for breaking and entering with unlawful intent and malicious injury to property-under $1,000 along with 18 months supervision by the DA’s office. Each count is to run concurrent with each other.

Paul William Radtke, 49, McAlester, received a three-month deferred sentence with all three months supervised by the DA’s office for public intoxication.

Renda Rene Hayes, 52, McAlester, received a two-year deferred sentence with supervision by the DA’s office for two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

The charge of assault and battery was dismissed against Robert Antron Hendrix Jr., 37, McAlester.

Hunting with the aid of a motor driven conveyance was dismissed against James Garlin Holder, 50, of Bakersfield, California.

Driving with license cancelled/suspended/revoked was dismissed against Rebecca Todd, 37, Eufaula. A second count of driving with license cancelled/suspended/revoked was also dismissed against Todd.

Charges of resisting an officer and threaten to perform act of violence were dismissed against Daniel Ray Lawson, 26, Oktaha.

Driving with license cancelled/suspended/revoked was dismissed against Amber Sutton, 41, Checotah.

Possession of a controlled dangerous substance was dismissed against Terry Floyd Sharp, 70, Wilburton.

One count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance was dismissed against Renda Rene Hayes, 52, McAlester.

Domestic abuse-assault and battery was dismissed against Clyde Burch Barfield, 60, Stigler.

Larceny of merchandise from a retailer was dismissed against Nathan Michael Beauchamp, 31, Red Oak.

FELONY DISPOSITIONS:

Dwayne Antwon Johnson, 40, McAlester, pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm after former felony conviction and received a 10-year suspended sentence along with supervision by the DA for two years.

Robert Antron Hendrix, 37, McAlester, pleaded no contest to intimidation of a witness and was sentenced to five years in the custody of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections to run concurrently with previous sentences.

Jason Dewayne Blevins, 40, McAlester, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of reckless conduct with a firearm and received a two-year deferred sentence with supervision by the DA’s office for two years. Blevins was originally charged with felony shooting with intent to kill.

The charge of assault and battery was dismissed against Robert Antron Hendrix, 37, McAlester. Charges of intimidation of a witness and stalking were also dismissed against Hendrix.

Domestic abuse-assault and battery was dismissed against Robert Wayne Ursey, 38, Canadian.

Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon-chicken, was dismissed against James Clayton White, 38, McAlester.

Escape from a penal institution was dismissed against Douglas Fonville, 54, Stringtown
