Here is the Pittsburg County Misdemeanor Report as published Oct. 23, 2005:

• Angel J. Aguilera, 49, Houston, was charged Thursday with driving without a driver’s license.

• A warrant charging Ericka L. Mustin, McAlester, wtih obtaining merchandise by bogus check was issued Wednesday.

• Paul Wayne Joiner, 42, McAlester, was charged Wednesdaywith public intoxication.

• Anthony Edward Sexton, 36, was charged Wednesday with domestic assault and battery, obstructing an officer and malicious injury to property.

• Tyler W. Henson, 19, Eufaula, was charged Monday with failure to put his name and address on a hunted deer.

• Larry Edward Jelinek, 54, Yukon, was charged Monday with failure to put his name and address on a hunted deer.

• Brian Neal Fritz, 48, Pryor, was charged Monday with driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and driving without a driver’s license.

• Robert Christopher Partridge, 21, Canadian, was charged Monday with larceny of merchandise from a retailer.

• Joy Glenn Fitzer, 53, was charged Monday with public intoxication.

• Ava R. Hull, McAlester, was charged Monday with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

• Justin Daniel Gallagher, 21, Sand Springs, was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and driving with a suspended driver’s license.

• Jonathan Glenn Sisson, 19, McAlester, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled dangerous substance, Lortab.

• Aaron G. Pickett, 18, Stuart, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended driver’s license.

• Joshua Steven Brillo, 26, Wilburton, was charged Monday with public intoxication.

• Christopher Vanhorn, 23, Eufaula, pleaded guilty Monday to public intoxication. He was fined $50.

• Darren H. Sutterfield, McAlester, was charged Oct. 14 with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

• Jackie Eugene Albaugh III, 29, McAlester, was charged Oct. 14 with driving with a revoked driver’s license, operating a vehicle with defective equipment or unsafe conditions and failure to carry insurance verification.

• Eric S. Jones, 21, Tahlequah, was charged Oct. 13 with consuming intoxicating liquor in a public place.

• Wesley Pool, 21, McAlester, was charged Oct. 13 with consuming intoxicating liquor in a public place.

• Christopher R. Molinaro, 19, Broken Arrow, was charged Oct. 13 with possession of alcohol by a person under 21.

• Matthew L. Tennison, 20, McAlester, was charged Oct. 13 with possession of alcohol by a person under 21.

• Brian J. Romero, 40, Montrose, Colo., was charged Oct. 13 with driving with a revoked driver’s license. He pleaded guilty and was fined $100, plus court costs. He was also ordered to pay $50 to the victim’s compensation account.

• Gary G. Boggess Jr., 20, was charged Oct. 13 with driving with a suspended driver’s license and failure to signal for a turn. He pleaded guilty and was fined $110, plus court costs. He was also ordered to pay $50 to the victim’s compensation account.

• Randall Wayne Canterbury, 40, McAlester, was charged Oct. 13 with malicious injury to property.
