• Alissa K. Higgins, Krebs, was charged Wednesday with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

• A warrant issued Wednesday charges Francine L. Boedeker, 63, Quinton, with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

• A warrant issued Wednesday charges Harvey L. Crapo, McAlester, with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

• A warrant issued Wednesday charges Delane Carillo, Rt. 1 Vernon, with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

• A warrant issued Wednesday charges Claude A. Hewitt, Rt. 5 Eufaula, with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

• Aaron Matthew Harvey, 32, McAlester, was charged Tuesday with possession of a firearm while intoxicated, assault on a correctional officer and resisting an executive officer.

• Thor Jordan, McAlester, was charged Tuesday with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

• Freda G. Guevara Arreola, 47, McAlester, was charged Tuesday with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

• Rebecca Mae Peoples, 30, Haileyville, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Nakina R. Williams, 21, Okmulgee, was charged Monday with larceny of merchandise from a retailer, obstructing an officer and trespassing after being forbidden.

• Joshua Lee Parish, 20, Krebs, was charged Monday with driving with a license that had been canceled, suspended or revoked and excessive window tinting.

• Jeffrey Blake Moore, 20, McAlester, was charged Monday with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to wear a seat belt.

• Jessie L. Williams, 49, McAlester, was charged Monday with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, transporting an open container of beer and failure to carry insurance verification.

• Earl Ray Jackson, 19, McAlester, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol and minor in possession of beer.

• Ronnie Lee Ketcherside, 29, Kiowa, was charged Monday with driving with a license that had been canceled, suspended or revoked and failure to carry insurance verification.
