Here is the Pittsburg County misdeanor Report as published Oct. 30, 2005:

• Charles Dean Armstrong, 45, Kiowa, was charged Wednesday with leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to stop at a stop sign.

• Rita Kay Smith, 33, Crowder, was charged Wednesday with unlawful possession of marijuana, driving with a revoked driver’s license and failure to stop at a stop sign.

• Jack Benny Tripp, 53, McAlester, was charged Tuesday with traveling with an opened container of liquor and driving left of center. He pleaded guilty and was fined $100, plus court costs. He was also ordered to pay $100 to the victim’s compensation account and a $24 incarceration fee.

• Peyton Corrine Davis, 23, Houston, was charged Tuesday with assault and battery and public intoxication.

• Brian Lee Westfall, 43, McAlester, was charged Monday with possession of an illegally taken whitetail deer.

• Linda K. Lavash, Eufaula, was charged Monday with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

• Virginia Carney, Blanco, was charged Monday with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

• Don W. Sorrels Jr., 37, McAlester, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended driver’s license.

• Terry Don Summers, 46, Alderson, was charged Monday with hunting deer without a valid deer tag.

• Jon Brent Wingo, 45, Broken Arrow, was charged Monday with hunting with the aid of a motor driven conveyance, headlighting in conjunction with a firearm and transporting a loaded gun in a vehicle.

• Sean Lamont Robinson, Kansas City, Kan., was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a driver’s license, transporting an opened container of beer and speeding in a posted zone.

• Dennis Vaughn, Pittsburg, was charged Monday with two counts of obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

• Darlene Vaughn, Pittsburg, was charged Monday with two counts of obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

• Tosha D. Joyce, 29, McAlester, was charged Oct. 21 with embezzlement and the false reporting of a crime. She pleaded guilty and was fined $50, plus court costs. She was also ordered to pay $50 to the victim’s compensation account and a $24 incarceration fee.

• Anthony Joyce, 31, McAlester, was charged Oct. 21 with embezzlement and the false reporting of a crime. He pleaded guilty and was fined $50, plus court costs. He was also ordered to pay $50 to the victim’s compensation account and a $24 incarceration fee.

• A warrant was issued Oct. 21 for Michael Gene Byrd, 38, McAlester, charging two counts of domestic assault and battery.

• A warrant was issued Oct. 21 for Cara Beth Wood, 21, McAlester, charging two counts of assault and battery.

• A warrant was issued Oct. 21 for Christopher David Reader, 26, Krebs, charging driving with a suspended driver’s license and failure to obey official traffic control device.

• Johnny Duane Powell, 40, Haileyville, was charged Oct. 21 with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a revoked driver’s license. He pleaded guilty and was fined $450 plus court costs. He was also ordered to pay $350 to the victim’s compensation account.

• Desiree Dion Waddell, 25, was charged Oct. 21 with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs. She pleaded guilty and was fined $350 plus court costs. She was also ordered to pay $250 to the victim’s compensation account.
