• Michael David Bailey, 39, McAlester, was charged Tuesday with violating a protective order.
• A warrant for the arrest of Tonia L. Homer, 30, McAlester, was issued Monday. The warrant charges Homer with two counts of negligent homicide involving a motor vehicle, driving with a revoked driver’s license, failure to carry insurance verification and two counts of failure to use a child restraint.
• Michael Ray Crawley, 27, McAlester, was charged Monday with driving without a valid driver’s license and driving a vehicle with a modified exhaust.
• Matthew S. Ragan, 23, Kiowa, was charged Monday with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a revoked driver’s license and transporting an open container of beer.
• Felipe H. Marquez, 20, McAlester, was charged Monday with domestic assault and battery.
• Randy Gene Sam Jr., 47, McAlester, was charged Monday with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a valid driver’s license, transporting an open container of beer and failure to stop at a stop sign.
• Elaine Marie Ludwick, 22, Quinton, was charged Monday with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to yield while turning left, failure to carry insurance verification, failure to wear a seat belt and driving with a license that had been suspended, canceled or revoked.
• Bonney L. Wooley, 43, McAlester, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Bobby Hallbert, 29, Rt. 8 McAlester, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Jeremy D. Nave, 25, Krebs, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Sharla Dominica Defrange, 25, Krebs, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Carl D. Conner, 43, Eufaula, was cited Nov. 20 for failure to check whitetail deer.
• Derrick W. McIntosh, 34, McAlester, was cited Nov. 19 for failure to wear required daylight orange and hunting deer without a valid tag.
• Jamey Lee Corhn, 34, McAlester, was cited Nov. 19 for failure to wear required daylight orange.
• Brian Shane Hill, 35, Indianola, was charged Nov. 18 with domestic assault and battery.
• A warrant charging Justin Shane Lemons, 19, McAlester, with malicious injury to property was issued Nov. 18.

Bobby Logsdon, 69, of Tannehill died Friday in Tulsa. The family will greet relatives and friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at Bishop Funeral Service and Crematory. A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Bishop Chapel of Memories. Burial will follow at Tannehill Cemetery.
