MISDEMEANOR DISPOSITIONS:

Dustin Kelsey Finley Sr., 38, McAlester, pleaded guilty to tampering with utilities and was ordered to pay a fine with court costs.

Coty Anthony Anderson, 26, Hartshorne, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled dangerous substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to a one-year suspended sentence for each count.

Robert Alexander Sotolongo, 34, McAlester, pleaded no contest to driving with license cancelled/suspended/revoked and was ordered to pay a fine with court costs.

Gabriel Steve Adams, 34, McAlester, pleaded guilty to driving with license cancelled/suspended/revoked and transporting opened container of beer and was ordered to pay fines and court costs.

Clifford Tamirr Bullock III, 42, San Leandro, California, pleaded no contest to possession of controlled dangerous substance and was sentenced to a one-year suspended sentence along with a fine and court costs.

Randy Craig Emboulas, 59, Porum, pleaded no contest to public intoxication and was sentenced to 13 days in the Pittsburg County Jail with credit for time served along with paying court costs.

Michael Dewayne Wilson, 37, McAlester, pleaded no contest to violating a protective order and was sentenced to a one-year suspended sentence with supervision by the District 18 District Attorney’s Office for one year.

Merydd Reynolds, 39, Wilburton, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled dangerous substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to a one-year suspended sentence for each count to run concurrently. Reynolds was also ordered to pay a fine and court costs for driving with license cancelled/suspended/revoked.

Leah Anne Eldridge, 29, Kiowa, received three one-year suspended sentences to run concurrently with each other after pleading guilty to possession of controlled dangerous substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving with license cancelled/suspended/revoked.

Amanda Jo Petersen, 28, McAlester, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled dangerous substance and was sentence to a one-year suspended sentence.

Gary Eugene Smith, 57, Hartshorne, pleaded guilty to driving with license cancelled/suspended/revoked and was ordered to pay a fine along with court costs.

Estella Brown, 39, Coalgate, received a two-year deferred sentence for larceny of merchandise from retailer.

Justin Scott Munholland, 36, McAlester, received an 18-month deferred sentence for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thomas Calvin Marsey, 53, McAlester, received a one-year deferred sentence for public intoxication.

James Wamsley, 24, Oklahoma City, received two one-year deferred sentences for obstructing an officer and public intoxication with both sentences to run concurrently.

Rodney Wayne Lyle, 27, Pauls Valley, received a one-year deferred sentence for possession of controlled dangerous substance.

Shane Ray Starr, 43, Stuart, received two-year deferred sentences for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia with both counts to run concurrently.

Kristopher Ernesto Puig, 28, Wellston, received three-year suspended sentences for obstructing officer and public intoxication with both sentences to run concurrently.

Threaten to perform act of violence and possession of controlled dangerous substance were dismissed against Cecil Andrew Duvall, 30, Quinton.

Malicious injury to property-under $1,000 was dismissed against Steven Jack Nelson, 31, McAlester.

Assault and battery was dismissed against Randy Len Vaughn, 58, McAlester.

FELONY DISPOSITIONS:

Richard Ray Hull, 58, McAlester, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and was sentenced to a 15-year suspended sentence with two years supervision by the DA’s office.

Kayla Nicole Wilkett, 29, McAlester, pleaded guilty and received a 10-year suspended sentence for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs along with two years of community sentencing. Wilkett also pleaded guilty to bringing contraband (drugs) into jail/penal institution and received a 10-year suspended sentence for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs along with two years of community sentencing. Both felony sentences are to run concurrent with each other.

Rebecca Leanne Thompson, 40, McAlester, received two, two-year deferred sentences after pleading guilty to conspiracy and distribution of controlled dangerous substance.

Domestic assault and battery by strangulation was dismissed against Patrick Neal Hall, 42, McAlester.

Charges of trafficking in illegal drugs, endangering others while eluding, possession of firearm after former felony conviction, and leaving scene of accident involving injury were dismissed against Duane Allyn Bundy, 41, McAlester.

According to federal court documents, Bundy pleaded guilty in connection with the same incident to federal possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine in April and admitted to “knowingly and intentionally possess with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine while in possession of a dangerous weapon” while fleeing from a law enforcement officer. Bundy faces more than 10 years imprisonment and/or a fine up to $10,000,000.
