FELONY DISPOSITIONS:

Jane Ann Martin, 39, McAlester, was sentenced to six-months in the custody of the Department of Corrections for burglary in the second degree with two years supervision by ODOC’S Pardon and Parole.

Domestic assault and battery by strangulation was dismissed against Justin Thomason, 18, McAlester, due to a failure to cooperate victim.
