MISDEMEANOR DISPOSITIONS:

Curtis White, 38, of McAlester, was ordered to pay fines and court costs for public intoxication.

Axton Chase White, 27, McAlester, was sentenced to two, one-year concurrent sentences for possession of controlled dangerous substance and threatens to perform act of violence. White was also ordered to pay fines and court costs on two counts of driving with license cancelled/suspended/revoked.

Megan Hailey Kelley, 35, Haileyville, received a three-month suspended sentence for public intoxication.

Marc Anthony McMurtrey, 39, McAlester, received a one-year suspended sentence for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol-aggravated.

Robert Lee Storie III, 53, Antlers, was ordered to pay fines and court costs for public intoxication.

Miranda Sage Godwin, 21, McAlester, received a one-year deferred sentence for possession of controlled dangerous substance.

Kevin Michael Berggren, 19, Edmond, received an 18-month deferred sentence for obstructing an officer.

Domestic assault and battery in presence of minor was dismissed against Stoney Ray Nicholson, 26, McAlester due to Nicholson’s death.

FELONY DISPOSITIONS:

Steven Craig II, 40, McAlester, was sentenced to eight, concurrent 10-year sentences in the custody of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections for 2014 charges of three counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of firearms after former conviction, conspiracy to falsify vehicle identification number, possession of stolen vehicle and 2015 charges of bringing contraband into jail and knowingly concealing stolen property.

Ashley Brooke Cloud, 38, Hartshorne, received a three-year deferred sentence for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs and two concurrent one-year sentences for possession of controlled dangerous substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Distribution of controlled dangerous substance was dismissed and refiled as a misdemeanor against Miranda Sage Godwin, 21, McAlester

Possession of a stolen vehicle was dismissed against Patricia Burks, 32, Stuart.
