Two counts of driving with license cancelled/suspended/revoked were dismissed against Ron Dale Middleton, 26, McAlester.

Domestic assault and battery in presence of minor and disrupt/prevent/interrupt emergency phone call was dismissed against Gilbert Dean, 32, Indianola, at the request of the victim.

Domestic assault and battery by strangulation was dismissed against Rick Allen Roberts, 52, McAlester, due to failure of prosecuting witness to appear.
