Oklahoma’s Blue and Gold teams in the 10th Annual Junior Sunbelt Series that began in McAlester and Hartshorne Friday did not fare well.

The two teams went a combined 0-4, and were collectively outscored 37-6.

Mike Deak Field in McAlester was where Oklahoma Gold played the ?nal two games of the evening, and Oklahoma Blue played the ?nal two of the ?rst day at Hartshorne’s High School baseball ?eld.

Gold was run-ruled by Canada Friday, in a 12-2 ?nal.

In the nightcap game, it stayed close for a while, but Mississippi pulled away for an 8-3 win.

In the last game, McAlester’s Kyle Williams was at the plate when a baserunner was tagged out for the ?nal play of the game.

Blue scored only one run in two games.

Georgia won the fourth game of the day in Hartshorne over Oklahoma Blue 9-1.

Texas defeated Blue in the nightcap game there with an 8-0 win.

Oklahoma Blue played Missouri and Tennessee on Saturday at Mike Deak, while Gold played Georgia and Arizona at Hartshorne.
