McALESTER —  

Two Wilburton seniors were recognized as Students of the Month for November by members of the Wilburton Kiwanis Club, Jordan Clarke, left and Brooke Wilkett, right. The students were special guests during the club’s Wednesday, November 29 meeting held in the Student Life Center on the campus of Eastern Oklahoma State College. Clarke is the son of Nicola Robinson and the grandson of Michael and Lillie Robinson. He is a member of the Digger football team and the science club. He served as captain of the football team this season. Clarke enjoys sports, drawing and traveling. He plans to attend Oklahoma State University with a major in biochemistry. Brooke Wilkett is the daughter of Jacky and Phyllis Wilkett.  She attends Wilburton High School . She enjoys hunting, fishing, riding four-wheelers, sleeping, texting, watching tv, riding horses and hanging out with friends. Brooke plans to attend Oklahoma State University to become a veterinarian.
