Eastern Oklahoma State College sophomore Kelly Bogard, right, of McAlester was named the Outstanding Behavioral and Social Science Division Graduate during the college’s commencement ceremony on Friday in Wilburton. Division Dean Marilynn Duncan, left, presented the award. One graduate from each of the six college divisions is selected each year for the honor. She is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and has been active with several other campus events during her time at Eastern. Bogard has two children that are also graduating this spring. Her son, Emmitt, is a fellow Eastern graduate this year with a 3.5 GPA. Her other son, Warren, will graduate at the top of his class from Crowder High School.
