Pittsburg County Misdemeanor Report

Here is the Pittsburg County Misdemeanor Report as published March 11, 2007:

• Randy Ray Fortner, 26, McAlester, was charged Friday with failure to display a center high-mounted stop light.

• A warrant filed Friday charges Loyd B. Blankenship, 31, Crowder, with possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to carry insurance verification and driving with a license that had been canceled, suspended or revoked.

• Melanie Dawn Jones, 40, McAlester, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and failure to wear a seat belt.

• Robert Michael Nabors, 19, McAlester, was charged Friday with possession of Xanax without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Marcus A. Bumphus, 21, McAlester, was charged Thursday with driving with a license that had been canceled, suspended or revoked and failure to carry insurance verification.

• A warrant filed Wednesday charges Jim Syres, 61, Bartlesville, with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

• A warrant filed Wednesday charges Erica N. Lewis, Gore, with two counts of obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

• A warrant filed Wednesday charges Chad Shoemake, Rt. 1 Porum, with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

• A warrant filed Wednesday charges Sue Stretch, 46, Rt. 4 Stigler, with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

• A warrant filed Wednesday charges Harold Chester, Savanna, with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

• Caleb Daniel Armstrong, 18, Pittsburg, was charged Wednesday with trespassing after being forbidden.

• Gregory Shawn Chester, 18, Kiowa, was charged Wednesday with public intoxication.

• Tanya Lynn Spears, 35, Hartshorne, was charged Wednesday with domestic assault and battery.

• Jimmy Ray Lawson, 19, Hartshorne, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of drugs and failure to yield from a private road.

• Alfredo Nino Mercado, 29, Dallas, was charged Wednesday with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, driving without a license and transporting an open container of beer.

• David Robert McCarty, 20, Tulsa, was charged Tuesday with driving with a license that had been canceled, suspended or revoked, speeding, possession of alcohol by a person under 21, failure to carry insurance verification and failure to carry a registration certificate.
