McALESTER — PITTSBURG COUNTY DISTRICT COURT LOGS

New felony cases

The following new felony cases were filed Oct. 18-25 in Pittsburg County District Court.

Jeffery Ryan Martin, 27, of McAlester was charged Oct. 24 with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident.

Robert Anton Hendrix Jr., 32, of McAlester, was charged on Oct. 24 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Gerald Obrian, 44, of Stigler was charged on Oct. 24 with domestic assault and battery by strangulation in the presence of a minor and misdemeanor preventing an emergency telephone call.

Timothy B. Carpenter, 38, of McAlester was charged Oct. 22 with omitting to provide for minor child.

Bruce Wayne Day, 22, of Hartshorne, was charged Oct. 22 with second-degree burglary, grand larceny and knowingly concealing stolen property.

Carl L. Bond Jr., 24, of McAlester, was charged Oct. 22 with second-degree burglary, grand larceny and knowingly concealing stolen property.

Larry Conner Jr., 38, of McAlester, was charged Oct. 22 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute.

Conner was also charged Oct. 22 with grand larceny and knowingly concealing stolen property.

Donnie Lane Bailey, 32, of Indianola, was charged Oct. 22 with grand larceny and knowingly concealing stolen property.

Bailey was also charged Oct. 22 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Darrell Keith Richardson, 51, of Fresno, Calif., was charged Oct. 22 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor driving with a canceled, suspended or revoked license, and failure to carry insurance or a security verification form.

Timothy Joseph Hunter, 22, of Stigler, was charged Oct. 22 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dana Marie Workman, 37, of Haywood, was charged Oct. 21 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Laticia Rose Workman, 34, of McAlester, was charged Oct. 21 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Robin L. Hartle, 59, of Henryetta, was charged Oct. 21 with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

James Leslie Allen, 58, of Haileyville, was charged Oct. 21 with aggravated driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Silas Evin Stufflebean, 19, of McAlester, was charged Oct. 21 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.

Keri Dawn Solis, 23, of Poteau, was charged Oct. 21 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher B. Carrion, 22, of McAlester, was charged Oct. 21 with possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute and misdemeanor possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kenneth James Waltman, 41, of Bache, was charged Oct. 21 with driving while under the influence of alcohol and misdemeanor driving with a canceled, suspended, or revoked license, failure to carry insurance or a security verification form, failure to signal while turning, and failure to wear a seat belt.

Guadarrama Gabriel Gonzalez, 58, of Stigler, was charged Oct. 18 with domestic abuse assault and battery.

Billy Keith Largent, 47, of McAlester, was charged Oct. 18 with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and misdemeanor transmitting threat of violence.

Jennifer Coldren, 26, of Quinton, was charged Oct. 17 with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and misdemeanor assault and battery.

Landon Lafevers, 27, of McAlester, was charged Oct. 15 with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
