Pittsburg County Misdemeanor Report

• William Stuart Webber, 66, of Hartshorne, was charged Monday with driving while his license is suspended, allowing domestic animals to run at large, failure to carry insurance verification, driving a defective vehicle and failure to display a current tag.

• Eric Forrest Franklin, 30, of McAlester, was charged Monday with breaking and entering a dwelling without permission, domestic abuse, resisting arrest or detention, and public intoxication.

• Scott Stanley Hosek, 45, of McAlester, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol.

• Timothy Glenn Cooley, 37, of Spiro, was charged Monday with shooting from a public roadway.

• In a separate charge, Cooley was charged Monday with hunting with the aid of a motor driven conveyance.

• Jerry Gragg, 50, of Krebs, was charged Monday with headlighting.

• In a separate charge, Gragg was charged Monday with hunting with the aid of a motor driven conveyance.

• Jim Olen Ralls, 55, of rural McAlester, was charged Monday with headlighting.

• In a separate charge, Ralls was charged Monday with hunting with the aid of a motor driven conveyance.

• Garla K. Westbrook, 39, of Alderson, was charged Monday with hunting with the aid of a motor driven conveyance.

• In a separate charge, Westbrook was charged Monday with hunting without a hunting license.

• In a third charge, Westbrook was charged Monday with headlighting.

• Tommy V. Ellis, 38, of Kiowa, was charged Monday with hunting with the aid of a motor driven conveyance.

• In a separate charge, Ellis was charged Monday with headlighting.

• Jimmy Collins Jr., 28, of Haileyville, was charged Monday with hunting without a license.

• Joy Naomi Eddington, 31, of McAlester, was charged Monday with obtaining cash or merchandise by bogus check.

• Julie Michelle Cobb, 39, of McAlester, was charged Monday with driving while her license is suspended.

• Jeannetta Barnes, 36, of Stigler, was charged Monday with public intoxication and obstructing an officer.

• Daniel Martin Paul, 20, of McAlester, was charged Monday with public intoxication.
