Police are seeking information from a man in connection with a reported theft that may have occurred on West Monroe Avenue, according to police.
The unidentified man allegedly pulled up driving a Toyota 4Runner and removed from a residence “a white metal bench and two white metal chairs” worth $150, according to an incident report.
The furniture consists of antiques, according to the report.
The alleged incident supposedly took place on Monday at 11 a.m. Officer Robert Young, of the McAlester Police Department, responded to the call at around 3 p.m. that day.
A case investigator, Det. Brant Gamble, has been assigned to the case. Police said the case is still under investigation and they are still not sure a crime occurred.
