McALESTER — New felony cases

The following new felony cases were filed Feb. 24 to 27 in Pittsburg County District Court.

Anthony Dale Hailey, 23, of McAlester, was charged Feb. 27 with possession of controlled dangerous substance, synthetic cannabinoids, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and defrauding an innkeeper.

Veronica Marie Osburn, 38, of McAlester, was charged Feb. 25 with possession of controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tony Lynn Davis, 58, of McAlester, was charged Feb. 25 with two counts of possession of controlled dangerous substance, and misdemeanor possession of controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Amber D. Brewer, 32, of McAlester, was charged Feb. 25 with possession of controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joey Leon Whorton, 39, of McAlester, was charged Feb. 24 with assault and battery with deadly weapon, assault and battery with dangerous weapon, kidnapping, threatened an act of violence, and misdemeanor domestic abuse assault and battery.

Parker B. Mathiews, 18, of McAlester, was charged Feb. 24 with possession of controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing officer.

Telesforo Luna-Quinones, 41, of McAlester, was charged Feb. 24 with kidnapping and misdemeanor petit larceny.

Jared Dewayne Holt, 27, of Hartshorne, was charged Feb. 24 with possession of controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor driving with license canceled, suspended or revoked.

George L. Bethel, 30, of Stuart, was charged Feb. 24 with larceny of controlled dangerous substance.

Also on Feb. 24, Bethel, was charged with identity theft, use of personal information.

Charles J. Jones, 36, of McAlester, was charged Feb. 24 with larceny of automobile and misdemeanor malicious injury to property valued at less than $1,000.

Michael Eugene Ashlock, 36, of McAlester, was charged Feb. 24 with possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jeremy David Crawley, 36, McAlester, was charged Feb. 24 with grand larceny, bringing contraband (drugs) into jail or penal institution and misdemeanor possession of controlled dangerous substance.

Also on Feb. 24, Crawley was charged with larceny of automobile.

Dustin Lee Hall, 27, of Stuart, was charged Feb. 24 with grand larceny.

Evert Lee Hickey, 46, of McAlester, was charged Feb. 24 with possession of controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs.
