McALESTER — New felony cases

The following felony cases were filed in Pittsburg County District Court Jan. 24 to Feb. 5.

Shambri A. Sewell, 27, of McAlester, was charged Feb. 5 with two counts of obtaining food stamps by fraud.

Devin Ray McCoy, 21, of McAlester, was charged Feb. 4 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Jaron Levi Adams, 28, of Hartshorne, was charged Feb. 4 with domestic assault and battery by strangulation and misdemeanor domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor.

Jason Hallum, 29, of McAlester, was charged Feb. 4 with aggravated driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Stuart Franklin Webber, 32, of Hartshorne, was charged Feb. 4 with possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute and use of a communication device to facilitate the commission of a felony.

Webber was also charged Feb. 4 in a separate case with conspiracy to deliver a controlled dangerous substance and delivery of narcotic.

Joshua Allen Skinner, 19, of McAlester, was charged Feb. 4 with conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary and second-degree burglary.

Matthew Thomas Peterson, 25, of McAlester, was charged Jan. 31 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, methamphetamine, and misdemeanor possession of a controlled dangerous substance, marijuana.

Christopher John Runion, 35, of McAlester, was charged Jan. 31 with second-degree burglary.

Krista Leigh Miller, 33, of McAlester, was charged Jan. 31 with possession of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school or park, possession of a controlled dangerous substance without a prescription and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Charles James Sallee, 28, of McAlester, was charged Jan. 31 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor malicious injury to property valued at less than $1,000.

Christopher Codi Kendall, 23, of Muskogee, was charged Jan. 31 with bringing contraband drugs into a jail, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and malicious injury to property valued at less than $1,000.

James Matthew McNeil, 49, of McAlester, was charged Jan. 31 with embezzlement.

Deidre M. Harris, 47, of McAlester, was charged Jan. 31 with embezzlement.

Troy Lee Tarwater, 51, of Haileyville, was charged Jan. 31 with domestic assault and battery by strangulation.

Kevin B. Caldwell, 54, of McAlester, was charged Jan. 29 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor failure to carry insurance or a security verification form.

Justin Bradley Cole, 26, of Hartshorne, was charged Jan. 29 with domestic assault and battery by strangulation in the presence of a minor child.

Dakota Clifford, 20, of Ada, was charged Jan. 29 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Briana Bosche Hysell, 20, of McAlester, was charged Jan. 29 with uttering a forged instrument.

Patricia Roberts, 34, of Eufaula, was charged Jan. 29 with child abuse by injury.

Christopher J. Cook, 29, of McAlester, was charged Jan. 29 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, driving with a license canceled, suspended or revoked, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher S. Harralson, 38, of Krebs, was charged Jan. 29 with DUI alcohol and misdemeanor driving with improper tail lamps or tag lamps, and driving without a driver’s license.

Billy Joe Pink, 49, of Haileyville, was charged Jan. 29 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kimberly Kay Key, 47, of McAlester, was charged Jan. 28 with aggravated DUI alcohol and misdemeanor driving with a license canceled, suspended or revoked.

Christopher J. Burke, 28, of McAlester, was charged Jan. 28 with DUI alcohol.

Mikell P. Smith, 48, of Oklahoma State Penitentiary, was charged Jan. 28 with second-degree murder.

Cody Ray Williams, 23, of Ada, was charged Jan. 27 with falsely personate another to create liability and possession of controlled dangerous substance.

Jimmy Robert Steele, 33, of Krebs, was charged Jan. 27 with assault and battery with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor threaten to perform act of violence and malicious injury to property valued at less than $1,000.

Tyrell John Lawrence, 21, of McAlester, was charged Jan. 27 with assault and battery on a police officer and misdemeanor public intoxication.

Mykol Wells, 21, of Quinton, was charged Jan. 27 with domestic assault and battery by strangulation and misdemeanor assault and battery against a pregnant woman.

Johnathan Dewayne Williams, 40, of McAlester, was charged Jan. 27 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Lonnie Shane Bailey, 22, of McAlester, was charged Jan. 27 with manufacturing of controlled dangerous substance in the presence of minor child.

John Edward Hysell, 50, of McAlester, was charged Jan. 27 with larceny of merchandise from retailer.

Briana Bosche Hysell, 20, of McAlester, was charged Jan. 27 with larceny of merchandise from retailer.

Robert Dale Hoover, 56, of McAlester, was charged Jan. 24 with four counts of first-degree rape of a developmentally disabled victim, lewd molestation and sodomy of a victim younger than 16.

Travis Wade Harvey, 26, of McAlester, was charged Jan. 24 with embezzlement and two counts of unauthorized use of a credit card.

Colton Tate Kelley, 22, of Oktaha, was charged Jan. 24 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ryan William Manning, 24, of McAlester, was charged Jan. 24 with larceny of automobile and knowingly concealing stolen property.

Laci Dawn Mann, 18, of Alderson, was charged Jan. 24 with knowingly concealing stolen property.
