An Alderson woman is accused of endangering her child by driving drunk with the two-year-old in the car.
Brandi Leean Pusley, 39, was charged Friday in Pittsburg County District Court with child endangerment, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (aggravated) and driving with a canceled, revoked or suspended license.
According to court records, Pusley was allegedly driving a single-cab truck on April 26 with her two-year-old son, who was not wearing a seatbelt or a child restraint. According to a police affidavit by Krebs police officer Colby Barnett, Pusley was tested for blood alcohol content and allegedly tested at .20. The legal limit is .08.
Pusley was arrested and remains in custody at the Pittsburg County Jail in lieu of a $50,000 bond. She was unavailable for comment at presstime today.
