McALESTER — Toni Shnea Fourkiller, 31, of McAlester, was charged April 2 with false declaration of ownership in pawn.

Tammy Diane Little, 43, of McAlester, was charged April 1 with possession of controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dustin Austin Harmon, 33, of Hartshorne, was charged April 1 with taking or receiving stolen credit or debit cad.

Penny Gail Carshall, 31, of Wilburton, was charged April 1 with possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine, within 1,000 feet of school or park, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sierra Dawn Ashley Burks, 22, of McAlester, was charged April 1 with child neglect, possession of controlled substance in presence of minor and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jack Charles Maxwell, 20, of Krebs, was charged April 1 with possession of controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs, possession of a controlled dangerous substance without a prescription and impede movement of traffic.

Brandi N. Willis, 23, of Talihina, was charged April 1 with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Christopher Ryan Fish, 27, of Hartshorne, was charged April 1 with assault with a dangerous weapon.

Dustin Dale Williams, 41, of McAlester, was charged March 31 with aggravated assault and battery upon a peace officer and misdemeanor threaten to perform act of violence and obstructing officer.

Hayden Charles Williams, 18, of McAlester, was charged March 31 with aggravated assault and battery upon a peace officer, battery or assault and battery on police officer and obstructing officer.

Hunter Vance Williams, 18, of McAlester, was charged March 31 with battery or assault and battery on police officer, and misdemeanor attempted assault on police officer and obstructing officer.

Anthony Donald Greer, 43, of Eufaula, was charged March 28 with possessing firearms after former conviction of felony.

Krystle Marie Ingram, 23, of McAlester, was charged March 28 with manufacturing controlled dangerous substance, child neglect, possession of controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor eluding or attempting to elude police officer.

Franklin Dwayne Parent, 28, of McAlester, was charged March 28 with possession of stolen vehicle and possession of controlled dangerous substance.

Matthew Cole Davenport, 28, of McAlester, was charged March 28 with possession of stolen vehicle and possession of controlled dangerous substance.

Kyle David Derrick Murray, 30, of McAlester, was charged March 26 with child abuse by injury.
