New felony cases

McALESTER — The following felony cases were filed Dec. 27-Jan. 2 in Pittsburg County District Court.

Sally Rachel Conway, 21, of McAlester, was charged Jan. 2 with injuring a public building.

Crystal Roseann Nester, 28, of McAlester, was charged Jan. 2 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to maintain security.

Christian Jose Luis Ortiz, 31, of McAlester, was charged Jan. 2 with domestic abuse assault and battery.

Alexandria Diane Blanco, 20, of McAlester, was charged Dec. 31 with assault and battery on a public officer and misdemeanor public intoxication.

Alverey Terrell Braxton, 19, of McAlester, was charged Dec. 31 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jeromie Dye, 34, of Eufaula, was charged Dec. 30 with knowingly concealing stolen property.

Anthony Dale Hailey, 23, of McAlester, was charged Dec. 30 with knowingly concealing stolen property and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and defrauding an innkeeper.

Larry Dale Jennings, 39, of McAlester, was charged Dec. 30 with assault with a dangerous weapon and misdemeanor domestic abuse assault and battery

Jason McQuay, 39, of Eufaula, was charged Dec. 30 with knowingly concealing stolen property.

Julie D. McQay, 44, of Eufaula, was charged Dec. 30 with knowingly concealing stolen property.

Billie Jean Mullins, 70, of Alderson, was charged Dec. 30 with second-degree burglary.

James Anthony Mullins, 68, of Alderson, was charged Dec. 30 with second-degree burglary.

Samantha Jo Norton, 18, of McAlester, was charged Dec. 30 with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Betty J. Toole, 53, of Checotah, was charged Dec. 30 with two counts of felony possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Stephen Shane Verner, 54, of McAlester, was charged Dec. 30 with two counts of felony possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Clifford Opheldius Butler, 65, of McAlester, was charged Dec. 27 with possession of firearms after conviction or during probation and misdemeanor discharging firearm in a public place, transporting a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle and carrying a firearm while under the influence.

Colton Leon Chaney, 23, of Hartshorne, was charged Dec. 27 with second-degree burglary.

Jared Robert Faulkner, 26, of Hartshorne, was charged Dec. 27 with second-degree burglary.



Dispositions

The following cases were decided in Pittsburg County District Court Dec. 27-Jan. 2. Listings do not include all court costs and fees.

Tanya Jenkins, 44, of Coalgate, pleaded no contest Jan. 2 to driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs. Judgment and sentencing were deferred for five years and she was fined $250.

Melissa Glinn, 44, of McAlester, pleaded guilty Dec. 27 to uttering forged instrument and a two-year sentence was suspended. She was also fined $250.

Christopher Hogle, 48, of McAlester, pleaded guilty Dec. 27 to possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Judgment and sentencing were deferred for five years and he was fined $5,000, with all but $500 suspended. He was also ordered to submit to random drug screens at his expense and to obtain a drug and alcohol evaluation and to follow any recommendations within 30 days. Dismissed was a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Misty Dawn Johnson, 20, of Oklahoma City, pleaded guilty Dec. 27 to conspiracy to bring a controlled substance into a sate penal institution and conspiracy to bring a cell phone into a state penal institution. Judgment and sentencing were deferred for 10 years and he was fined $200. Dismissed were charges of bringing a controlled dangerous substance, methamphetamine, into a state penal institution; bringing a controlled dangerous substance, Xanax, into a state penal institution; bringing a controlled dangerous substance, marijuana, into a state penal institution; bringing cell phone into a state penal institution; possession of a controlled drug, methamphetamine, with intent to distribute; possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, with intent to distribute; possession of a controlled drug, Xanax, with intent to distribute, and misdemeanor conspiracy to bring tobacco into a state penal institution and bringing tobacco into a state penal institution.

Aaron Lusty, 19, of Oklahoma City, pleaded guilty Dec. 27 to conspiracy to bring a controlled substance into a sate penal institution and conspiracy to bring a cell phone into a state penal institution. Judgment and sentencing were deferred for 10 years and he was fined $200. Dismissed were charges of bringing a controlled dangerous substance, methamphetamine, into a state penal institution; bringing a controlled dangerous substance, Xanax, into a state penal institution; bringing a controlled dangerous substance, marijuana, into a state penal institution; bringing cell phone into a state penal institution; possession of a controlled drug, methamphetamine, with intent to distribute; possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, with intent to distribute; possession of a controlled drug, Xanax, with intent to distribute, and misdemeanor conspiracy to bring tobacco into a state penal institution and bringing tobacco into a state penal institution.

Dana Marie Workman, 37, of Haywood, pleaded guilty Dec. 27 to possession of a controlled dangerous substance and judgment and sentencing were deferred for four years. She was also fined $250.
