• James Edward Klembara Jr., 22, of McAlester, was charged Thursday with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, aggravated; driving with license revoked and failure to carry insurance verification form.

• Joshua Andrew Williams, 22, of McAlester, was charged Thursday with public intoxication.

• Ronnie Lee Ketcherside, 31, of Rt. 1, Kiowa, was charged Thursday with public intoxication.

• Christopher Lee Kramer, 19, of McAlester, was charged Thursday with driving with license suspended.

• Sue Ann Thomason, 38, of McAlester, was charged Thursday with domestic abuse, assault and battery.

• Devin J. Ballard, 26, of Matidor, Texas, was charged Thursday with failure to confine prescribed burn to owner’s land.

• Jeanette Gray, 35, of Stigler, was charged Thursday with obtaining cash or merchandise by bogus check, false pretenses.

• Larry Don Williamson, 39, of Quinton, was charged Thursday with obtaining cash or merchandise by bogus check/false pretenses.

• Cara Beth Wood Melo-Olguin, 24, of McAlester, was charged Thursday with domestic abuse, assault and battery.

• James Bryon Powell, 46, of McAlester, was charged Thursday with public intoxication.

• James Heath Dollins, 23, of Edmond, and Joshua Allen Secrist, 23, of McAlester, were charged Wednesday with assault and battery.

• Jose Mariea Gomez, 23, of McAlester, was charged Wednesday with obstructing an officer and public intoxication.

• Gary Lee Harner, 38, of Rt. 5, Eufaula, was charged Wednesday with resisting an officer, larceny of merchadise and public intoxication.

• Michael Joseph Pointer, 29, of Bixby, was charged Wednesday with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, driving with license suspended and speeding in a posted zone.

• Timothy Ray Pierce, 38, of Rt. 4, Stigler, was charged Wednesday with assault and battery.

• Randy Madlock, 50, of Dyer, Ark., was charged Wednesday with public intoxication.

• Salvador Garcia, 29, of McAlester, was charged Wednesday with public intoxication.

• Lewis Ray Bogges, 40, of Rt. 1, McAlester, was charged Wednesday with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

• Fontella Allen Marshal, 19, of Midwest City, was charged Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana.

• Lewis E. Keith, 51, of McAlester, was charged Wednesday with public intoxication.

• Lisa Dawn Redway, 41, of McAlester, was charged Wednesday with obtaining cash or merchandise by bogus check/false pretenses.

• Lance Baker, 36, of McAlester, was charged Wednesday with public intoxication.

• Molton Lemar Craven, 18, of Quinton, was charged Aug. 29 with domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor.
