Pittsburg County Felony Report

• Lisa Diane Stone, 28, of McAlester, was charged Thursday with leaving the scene of an accident involving injury, leaving the scene of an accident involving damage and driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

• Charlotte Pennington, 49, of Rt. 1, Eufaula, was charged Thursday with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, aggravated, along with failure to wear a seat belt.

• James N. Prince, 40, of Rt. 2, Crowder, was charged Wednesday with omitting to provide for a minor child.

• Shawn Neal Leigh, 37, of Tahlequah, was charged Wednesday with omitting to provide for a minor child.

• Ira Joe Paul, 26, of McAlester, was charged Monday with first-degree burglary, assault and battery and malicious injury to property.

• Colton Courts, 18, of Alderson, was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; transporting an open bottle or container of liquor and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Kristopher Sean Harvey, 17, of McAlester, was charged under the Youthful Offender Act on Monday with attempted first-degree robbery.

•Tony Graham, 40, of Rt. 3, McAlester, was charged Monday with planning/attempting/conspiring to perform an act of violence.

• Matthew B. Wagner, 25, of Oklahoma State Penitentiary, was charged Monday with assault and battery upon a police officer.
