• Ricardo L. Godinez Jr,. 25, of McAlester, was charged Wednesday with embezzlement.

• Linda Chlebik, no age given, of McAlester, was charged Thursday with attempting to obtain cash or merchandise by bogus check/false pretenses.

• Jose Luis Rios, 51, of McAlester, was charged Wednesday with petty larceny.

• Carl L. Bond Jr., 18, of Hartshorne, was charged Wednesday with domestic abuse, assault and battery.

• Roger Clayton White, 46, of Rt. 1, McAlester, was charged Tuesday with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
