Pittsburg County Felony Report

• Ronald Gary Lands, 63, and Jerry Wayne Lands, 61, both of McAlester, were charged Thursday with knowingly concealing stolen property.

• Timothy S. Totani, 18, of McAlester, was charged Wednesday with larceny of mechandise from a retailer.

• Gary W. Allen, 36, of Pittsburg, was charged Wednesday with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, driving without a valid drivers license, transporting an open container of liquor and defective vehicle.

• Gary Don Walker, 26, of Rt. 2, McAlester, was charged Tuesday with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Kent Vicars, 54, of Krebs, was charged Tuesday with felon in possession of a firearm and possession of a police scanner/radio in commission of a felony.

• Chris Adam Dolinger, 28, of Coalgate, was charged Monday with two counts of indecent exposure.

• Roger Dale Duvall, 46, of McAlester, was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Clint Lee James, 18, of McAlester, was charged Monday with domestic assault and battey by strangulation; assault and battery, obstructing an officer and public intoxication.

• Larry Brent Gentry Jr., 36, of McAlester, was charged July 18 with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs, possession of a controlled drug, hydrocodone; failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to carry insurance verification.

• Harold McFarland, 51, of Rt. 8, McAlester, was charged July 17 with unauthorized use of a vehicle.
