Pittsburg County Felony Reports

• Gerry Lee Smith, 53, no address given , was charged Tuesday with first-degree burglary.

• Cody Aaron Joyce, 19, of rural Hartshorne, was charged Monday with two counts of first-degree rape and with lewd molestation.

• Allen Ray Crawley, 55, of Savanna, was charged July 11 with assault with a dangerous weapon and threatening to perform an act of violence.

• Grace Louise O’Connell, 26, of McAlester, was charged July 11 with sell/furnish alcoholic beverages to a minor.

• Patrick Joseph Sellner, 49, of Hartshorne, was charged July 10 with assault with intent to kill.
