• Rocky Gardner, 30, of Mustang, was charged Wednesday with assault and battery.

• Jason Ray Chandler, 22, of McAlester, was charged Monday with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

• Anita Shank, 51, of Hartshorne, was charged Monday with driving with license suspended and speeding in a posted zone.

• Dustin Daniel Bowles, 25, of Yukon, was charged Monday with driving without a valid drivers license.

• Robert G. Sallee, 28, of McAlester, was charged Monday with transporting an open bottle or container of beer.

• Donna Wayne Tullier, 27, of Wilburton, was charged Monday with public intoxication.

• Brenda James, 25, of Hartshorne, was charged Monday with public intoxication.

• Stephanie M. Chandler, 27, of McAlester, was charged Monday with public intoxication.

• Buffey Tenille Crawley, 29, of Oklahoma City, was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana; and larceny of merchandise from a retailer.

• Kevin Newberry, 35, of Rt. 1, Wardville, was charged Monday with driving with license suspended and failure to pay taxes due state.

• Ryan Chase Holmes, 23, of McAlester, was charged Monday with driving with license suspended and failure to wear seat belt.

• Dennis R. Charles Jr. 24, of Rt. 4, Canadian, was charged Monday with driving with license suspended and failure to carry insurance security verification.

• Sam J. Morris, 46, of Rt. 1, Red Oak, was charged Monday with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

• Daniel Wayne Lail, 32, of McAlester, was charged Monday with larceny of merchandise from a retailer.

• Branden L. Bonham, 28, of Krebs, was charged July 11 with domestic abuse, assault and battery.

• Amanda R. Jackson, 19, of McAelster, was charged July 11 with possession of a controlled susbtance, marijuana; and speeding in a posted zone.
