• John William Ives, 25, of Krebs, was charged Wednesday with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with license canceled/suspended/revoked, failure to pay taxes due state and failure to carry insurance/security verification form.

• Daniel J. Deibble, 20, of McAlester, was charged Wednesday with resident fishing without a license.

• Larry C. Simpson, of McAlester, was charged Wednesday with resident fishing without a license.

• Terrie L. Musland, 45, of Canadian, was charged Wednesday with resident fishing without a license.

• Elvis E. Keith, 51, of McAlester, was charged Wednesday with allowing domestic animals (horses) to run at large.

• John Warren Swing, 20, of rural McAlester, was charged Wednesday with assault and battery.

• Michael W. Klucas, 35, of Rt. 5, McAlester, was charged Wednesday with assault and battery.

• David L. Layman, 20, of rural Eufaula, was charged Wednesday with driving without a license.

• Greg Thomas Bennett, 45, of McAlester, was charged Wednesday with domestic abuse, assault and battery.

• Keith Martin Seidel, 46, of Cleveland, Tenn., was charged Tuesday with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

• Jeremiah Lightle, 26, of McAlester, was charged Tuesday with a driving with license suspended, obstructing an officer, transporting an open bottle or container of liquor and failure to carry insurance verification.

• Zach Christopher Lightle, 26, of McAlester, was charged Tuesday with public intoxication.

• Randy L. Young, no age given, Pittsburg, was charged Monday with obtaining cash or merchandise by bogus check/false pretenses.

• Fred Dale Dedmon, 55, of Rt. 2, McAlester, was charged Monday with driving with license suspended.

• Thomas Acquinas Morris, 59, of Rt. 5, McAlester, was charged Monday with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

• Bobby E. Wallace Jr. 18, of McAlester, was charged Monday with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

• Pattie L. Fields, 42, or rural McAlester, was charged Monday with trespassing after being forbidden.

• Kendal J. Standefer, 26, of Clayton, was charged Monday with public intoxication.

• Gary Eugene Smith, 45, of Hartshorne, was charged Monday with threatening to commit an act of violence.

• Bill Ray Brown Jr., 37, of McAlester, was charged Monday with obstructing an officer.

• Kevin Dwayne Herring, 36, of Arlington, Texas, was charged Monday with attempting to elude a police officer, obstructing an officer, transporting an open container of beer and failure to signal on turning.
