Pittsburg County Felony Report
• Sherry Foster, 47, of McAlester, was charged Friday with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and domestic abuse, assault and battery.
• Joshua David Jones, 20, of Krebs, was charged Thursday with two counts of indecent exposure.
• Christopher Weeden, 29, of Rt. 3, McAlester, was charged Wednesday with false declaration of ownership in pawn.
• Bryce Wayne Day, 16, of Talihina, was charged Monday with robbery with a weapon. He was charged under the Youthful Offender Act.
• Nathan Ian Stewart, 35, of Rt. 3, McAlester, was charged Monday with driving under the influence, driving with license revoked, failure to carry insurance/security verification, failure to pay taxes due state and transporting an open container of beer.
Wayne Lewis Jones, 46, of McAlester, was charged Monday with furnishing alcoholic beverage to a minor.
• Muriel L. Jones, 32, of McAlester, was charged Monday with furnishing alcoholic beverage to a minor.
• Walter Scott Ronk, 44, of Canadian, was charged Monday with domestic assault and battery by strangulation.
• Dustin Bain, 27, of McAlester, was charged Monday with domestic assault and battery by strangulation.
• Glen Peter Eubanks, 50, of McAlester, was charged Monday with domestic assault and battery by strangulation.
• Monica P. Raybon, 27, of Hartshorne, was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Angel R. Henderson, 31, of Hartshorne, was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Danny Jack Dosier II, 32, of Spicewood, Texas, was charged April 25 with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm after a felony conviction and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Steve Edward Cleveland, 60, of McAlester, charged April 25 with larceny of merchandise from a retailer and trespassing after being forbidden.
• Dana Gaston, 45, of McAlester, charged April 25 with first-degree burglary.
