• Jerry L. Welch, 40, of Rt. 4, Stigler, was charged Thursday with driving with license suspended.

• Henry Peter, 18, of Rt. 1, Eufaula, was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana.

• Tamara Dawn Willis, 45, of McAlester, was charged Wednesday with driving with license suspended.

• James Ronald Meggs Sr., of Rt. 3, McAlester, was charged Wednesday with public intoxication.

• Lionel E. Johnson, 65, of McAlester, was charged Wednesday with molesting a vehicle.

• Travis Lee Beers, 19, of McAlester, was charged Tuesday with assault and battery.

• Jamar A. Edwards, 31, of McAlester, was charged Monday with driving without a valid drivers license.

• Jerry Nick, 49, of Okmulgee, was charged Monday with fishing without a license on person.

• Ben O. Scott, 40, of McAlester, was charged Monday with resident fishing without a license.

• Lisa A. Brown, 37, of Glenpool, was charged Monday with resident fishing without a license.

• Cindy L. Warner, 46, of Wagoner, was charged Monday with hunting without landowner’s consent.

• Bruce Willis, 24, of Krebs, was charged Monday with driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

• Beverly Kay Harris, 44, of Pittsburg, was charged April 25 with driving while license suspended.

• Ryan M. Zink, 35, of McAlester, was charged April 25 with public intoxication.

• Richard D. Casey Jr., 39, of Rt. 5, Eufaula, was charged April 25 with careless driving.

• Jason K. Davis, 22, of rural Eufaula, was charged April 25 with public intoxication.
