• Gideon Okyre, 26, of Sperry, was charged Friday with driving without a license.

• Tony Dover, 23, of Rt. 3, Stigler, was charged Friday with driving with license suspended.

• Randell Burnley, 20, of Stuart, was charged Friday with driving with license suspended.

• Michael Duane Smart, 27, of Hartshorne, was charged Thursday with driving under suspension.

• Kenneth Lee Hogan, 34, of Hartshorne, was charged Thursday with driving under suspension.

• James Leroy Smallwood, 27, of Savanna, was charged Thursday with allowing domestic animals to run at large (three pit bull dogs).

• Derrick V. Hawthorne, 28, of McAlester, was charged Thursday with credit/debit card fraud.

• Christopher Lee Kramer, 18, of McAlester was charged Tuesday with public intoxication.

• Eric Durand, 23, of Baton Rouge, La., was charged Tuesday with public intoxication

• Shelly Dawn Rosenberger, 35, of McAlester, was charged Monday with assault and battery.

• Mark D. Brewer, 29, of Rt. 1, Kiowa, was charged Monday with domestic abuse, assault and battery.

• Cody Ray McFadden, 19, of McAlester, was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana.

• Andrea Denise Pope, 33, of McAlester, was charged Monday with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, driving with license revoked and failure to stop at a stop sign.

• Cody Allen Kamrud, 19, of McAlester, was charged Monday with actual physical control of a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

• Mark Patina Mono III, 31, of Greenwood, Texas, was charged Monday with obstructing an officer, public intoxication, failure to carry insurance verification and driving left of center.

• Cynthia Ray Kiefser, 20, of Krebs, was charged Monday with resident fishing without a license.
