FELONIES

Gerald Wayne Davis, assault and battery with a deadly weapon.

Mitchell T. Buss, assault and battery on a correctional officer.

Michael Melvin Houk, unlawful possession of a controlled drug (marijuana) with intent to distribute.

Clarence Ellis, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (cocaine).

Joseph Elswick, second degree burglary.

Todd Jeffrey Vermillion, knowingly concealing stolen property.
