Pittsburg County Felony Report

• Ronnie Dell Love, 33, of Stigler, was charged Thursday with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

• Michael Eugene Wicks, 41, of Porter, was charged Wednesday with bail jumping. He had been released on his own recognizance on a charge of endeavoring to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance, methamphetamine, and missed a March 14 preliminary hearing date, according to allegations in court documents.

• Reshena R. Jones, 19, of McAlester, and Jessica Lenett Smith, 30, of McAlester, were charged Wednesday with grand larceny. They are accused of taking merchandise valued at more than $500 from J.C. Penney in McAlester, where Jones was an employee. Police have recovered approximately $2,034 in property that was taken from J.C. Penney, according to court documents.

• Tony Lee Graham, 39, of Rt. 3, McAlester, was charged Wednesday with uttering a forged instrument.

• Michael Allen Smallwood, 19, of Hartshorne, was charged Wednesday with first-degree rape. He is accused of committing the offense in December.

• George Ray Harrison, 38, of McAlester, was charged Tuesday with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, aggravated.

• Ralph Allen Maynard, 30, of Canadian, was charged Monday with knowingly concealing stolen property, a pistol; attempting to elude a police officer, posession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; felon in possession of a firearm and a misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Matthew C. Davenport, 26, of McAlester, was charged Monday with domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor.

• Luke O’Brien Cohen, 27, of McAlester, was charged Monday with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, aggravated.

• Tony Lee Graham, 39, Rt. 3, McAlester, was charged Monday with child sexual abuse and indecent exposure. He is accused of committing the offense between July 1, 2007, and Jan. 14, 2008.

• Tony Lee Graham, 39, and Christina Graham, 37, were charged Monday with abuse by a caretaker. They are accused of permitting abuse of a vulnerable adult. Tony Graham is also charged with forcible sodomy for allegedly committing the offense with a person who is mentally incapable of giving consent.

• Leandera D. Curtis, 23, of McAlester, and Dondre Columbus Johnson, 31, of McAlester, were charged March 28 with possession of a controlled substance, crack cocaine.

• Joy Naomi Eddington, 30, of Rt. 2, McAlester, was charged March 28 with defrauding an innkeeper. She is accused of defrauding AmericInn of $745 from Feb. 8-13.
