McALESTER — New felony cases

The following felony cases were filed Dec. 4-12 in Pittsburg District County Court.

Garrett Jeffrey Freeman, 18, of Krebs, was charged Dec. 12 with conspiracy to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a park or school, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jeffery Owen Freeman, 44, of Krebs, was charged Dec. 12 with manufacturing of a controlled substance, conspiracy to manufacture a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a park or a school, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm after a former felony conviction and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Edmond Dutton, 18, of McAlester, was charged Dec. 11 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.

Ewell Steve Johnson, 31, of Hartshorne, was charged Dec. 11 with domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of feloniously pointing a firearm, and misdemeanor domestic abuse assault and battery.

Barry Leon Mitchell, 47, of McAlester, was charged Dec. 10 with two counts of battery/assault and battery on a police officer, and misdemeanor assault and battery.

Ashton Nicole Wilson, 28, who is listed as homeless, was charged Dec. 10 with embezzlement by employee.

Carl Jason Johnson, 33, of Hartshorne, was charged Dec. 5 with two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and driving a vehicle with improper tail lamps/tag lamps.

Karolyn Renee LeBaron, 29, of McAlester, was charged Dec. 5 with possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tony Lee Pogue Jr., 20, of McAlester, was charged Dec. 5 with second-degree burglary.

Pogue was also charged Dec. 5 with grand larceny and knowingly concealing stolen property.

Sonya Smith, 44, of Krebs, was charged Dec. 5 with passing two or more bogus checks valued together at more than $500.

Mario Monte Tasby, 27, of McAlester, was charged Dec. 5 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dominique Dalynn Burnett, 19, of McAlester, was charged Dec. 4 with knowingly concealing stolen property.

Marvin Homer, 41, of McAlester, was charged Dec. 4 with two counts of first-degree rape of a child under 14, child sexual abuse, lewd or indecent proposals to a child under 16, and attempted lewd molestation.

Misty Pink, 35, address unknown, was charged Dec. 4 with possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute and conspiracy to deliver contraband in a penal institution.

Angel Dawn Riding In, 37, address unknown, was charged Dec. 4 with possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, conspiracy to deliver contraband in a penal institution, and misdemeanor driving with a canceled, suspended or revoked license.
