Pittsburg County Felony Report

— Here is a list of Pittsburg County Felonies as reported in the News-Capital Nov. 5:
• Casey Dewayne Goodwin, 23, McAlester, was charged Wednesday with two counts of first-degree manslaughter and one count of speeding.
• Jordan Black, 23, Durant, was charged Wednesday with grand larceny.
• Robert Anton Hendrix, 25, McAlester, was charged Tuesday with possession of cocaine or cocaine base and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Mario Ortiz, 20, Springdale, Ark., was charged Monday with trafficking methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a license and failure to wear a seat belt.
• Jason Randal Simpson, 22, Stillwater, was charged Monday with possession of methamphetamine and marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to carry insurance verification and failure to display a high mounted stop light.
• Edward Earl Holt, 45, Hartshorne, was charged Monday with being in actual physical control of a vehicle while intoxicated.
• Jessica Lee Pierce, 27, Rt. 3 Savanna, was charged Monday with escape from arrest or detention and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Joseph Dominic, 26, McAlester, was charged Monday with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, attempted assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, eluding a police officer, two counts of running a roadblock, malicious injury to property, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to carry insurance verification.
