— Here is the Pittsburg County Felony Report as published Oct. 16, 2005:
• Joshua M. Ledford, 29, of Crowder, was charged Tuesday with feloniously pointing a firearm, possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; posession of a controled substance, marijuana, and domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor.
• Amanda Dawn Christie, 20, of McAlester, was charged Tuesday with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Christopher James Lyons, 26, of McAlester, was charged Tuesday with bringing contraband into a penal institution, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Eric Robert Avalar, 22, OSP inmate # 425459, was charged Tuesday with assault and battery with a deadly weapon and possession of contraband by an inmate.
• A warrant was issued Oct. 7 for John Price, 26, of McAlester, charging aggravated assault and battery.
