• Clifford G. Finch, 40, McAlester, was charged Thursday with careless driving and leaving the scene of an accident involving damage.

• Blake Alexander Harrison, 18, Haileyville, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence while under the age of 21 and driving without a license.

• David Cadin Windle, 18, McAlester, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage, driving with a revoked license, reckless driving and transporting an open container of beer.

• Anthony Quinn Bush, 44, Rt. 1 Eufaula, was charged Thursday with domestic assault and battery.

• Charles Elbert Lightle, 51, McAlester, was charged Thursday with public intoxication.

• Brian Woodrow Rich, 32, Hartshorne, was charged Wednesday with assault on a school employee and refusing to leave school premises.

• Tony Olajuwan Thomas, 22, McAlester, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

• Brian Kibart, Eufaula, was charged Wednesday with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

• A warrant issued Wednesday charges Jimmy Mills, Rt. 1 Eufaula, with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

• A warrant issued Wednesday charges Jeff Dawson, 31, Canadian, with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

• A warrant issued Wednesday charges Donna Leonard, Shamrock, Texas, with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

• A warrant issued Wednesday charges Leas A. Evans, 42, McAlester with obtaining malicious injury to property.

• William Douglas Inman, 26, McAlester, was charged Tuesday with possession of Seroquiel without a prescription and failure to wear a seat belt.

• Cody Ray McFadden, 18, McAlester, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence while under the age of 21 and failure to wear a seat belt.

• James Bryon Powell, 43, McAlester, was charged Tuesday with domestic assault and battery.

• A warrant issued Tuesday charges Charles E. Ezekiel, 43, McAlester, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and failure to carry insurance verification.
