• William Eagle Lee Arpoika, 26, Rt. 1 McAlester, was sentenced Friday to seven years each for false personation and possession of methamphetamine and marijuana. The sentences are to run concurrently. Arpoika was also ordered to pay a $120 incarceration fee. Charges of driving with a license that had been suspended or revoked, failure to carry insurance verification and operating a vehicle with a covered license plate were dismissed.
• Judgment and sentencing for Jack S. Lamont Jr., 29, Crowder, were deferred for two years Friday for knowingly possessing stolen property. The two years are to be under the supervision of the district attorney’s office. Lamont was also fined $250 and ordered to pay $100 to the victims’ compensation account, as well as a $168 incarceration fee.
• Judgment and sentencing for Eric Anthony Watson, 20, Oklahoma City, were deferred for five years Friday for possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of a controlled substance, for three years for possession of drug paraphernalia and for one year each for driving with a license that had been canceled, suspended or revoked and failure to carry insurance verification. The counts are to run concurrent to each other and the first two years of the deferral period are to be supervised by the state pardon and parole office. Watson was also fined $500 and ordered to pay $250 to the victims’ compensation account.
• Tony Ray Pritchard, 20, Pioneer, La., was charged Thursday with possession of crack cocaine and marijuana, failure to carry insurance verification and failure to display a high-mounted brake light.
• Brandi Michell Marlow, 27, McAlester, was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, possession of marijuana in the presence of a minor, possession of a controlled substance without a tax stamp, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a sawed-off shotgun.
• Orlando Cepata Johnson, 38, McAlester, McAlester, was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, possession of marijuana in the presence of a minor, possession of a controlled substance without a tax stamp, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a sawed-off shotgun.
• A warrant issued Wednesday charges Kristie R. Powell, Krebs, with obtaining two or more bogus checks totaling more than $500.

• Jimmy Leon Hawkins, 44, Oklahoma City, was charged Tuesday with possession of Xanax and Lortab without a prescription, possession of marijuana and failure to wear a seat belt.
• Mario Briseno, 50, Haileyville, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, failure to carry insurance verification and failure to pay taxes due to the state.
• Joe Perez Jr., 32, Mena, Ark., was charged Monday with assault and battery on a police officer, prisoner placing body fluid on a government employee, possession of marijuana and public intoxication.
• Jack Lamont Jr., 29, Crowder, was charged Monday with knowingly concealing stolen property.
• Christopher Shannon McLennan, 19, Pittsburg, was charged Monday with accessory after the fact.
• Chris Reid Mitchamore, 30, McAlester, was charged Monday with second-degree burglary.
• Adam Albert Loos, 19, Fayetteville, Ark., was charged Monday with possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute and speeding.
• Joshua Clyde Wheeler, 17, Kiowa, was charged Monday with first-degree robbery.
