• A warrant issued Thursday charges Alfred Coy Jurkiewicz, also known as Acey Jurkiewicz, with domestic assault and battery.

• Dustin Jerome Pollock, 32, Pittsburg, was charged Thursday with failure to carry insurance verification and failure to pay taxes due to the state.

• Gary Lane Payton, 47, Quinton, was charged Thursday with public intoxication.

• Jimmy A. Bloxham, 39, Indianola, was charged Thursday with public intoxication.

• Shana Timmons, Haileyville, was charged Thursday with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

• A warrant issued Thursday charges Sherry L. Gruver with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

• David Aldrich Ledbetter, 28, Hartshorne, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol.

• William Michael Perry, 39, Rt. 4 McAlester, was charged Wednesday with burning in emergency conditions.

• Jimmy R. Luescher, 51, McAlester, was charged Wednesday with burning in emergency conditions.

• Nature M. Haun, 30, Maud, was charged Tuesday with driving with a revoked driver’s license.

• David M. Newcomb, 33, Pryor, was charged Tuesday with driving with a revoked driver’s license and running a red light.

• Shannon Wayne Cottrell, 29, McAlester, was charged Tuesday with public intoxication.

• A warrant issued Monday charges David J. Wiggs, 19, Crowder, with malicious injury to property.

• Bradley Eugene Fields, 29, McAlester, was charged Monday with domestic assault and battery.

• Junior G. Loveless, 78, Hartshorne, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to carry insurance verification and failure to wear a seat belt.

• Albert W. Sells Jr., McAlester, was charged Monday with obtaining merchandise by bogus check. The charge was dismissed Thursday.

• Bertin Benitez-Flores, 21, Tulsa, was charged Monday with careless driving, driving without a valid driver’s license and failure to wear a seat belt.

• David D. Durant, 25, Wilburton, was charged Monday with public intoxication.

• Paul James Champion III, 38, Haileyville, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol.

• Gary Charles Smith, 24, McAlester, was charged Monday with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and driving left of center.

• Ronald W. Pearce, 40, McAlester, was charged Monday with domestic assault and battery.

• Joshua Walters, 22, Forestburg, Texas, was charged Monday with pump piracy and obstructing an officer.

• Randy D. Sproles, 27, Roanoke, Texas, was charged Monday with eluding or attempting to elude a police officer, obstructing an officer, driving with a suspended driver’s license, pump piracy, reckless driving and failure to carry insurance verification.

• Wayne Roy Collins, 60, Krebs, was charged Jan. 6 with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and leaving the scene of an accident involving damage.
