The second of two escapees from William S. Key Correctional Center in Fort Supply was captured this morning in Major County.
David Wayne Mackey, 31, was caught without incident by Major County Sheriff’s Office deputies at 7:45 a.m. one mile south of Orienta near Fairview, said Linda Eike, warden’s assistant at Key.
Dustin K. Flatt, 31, was caught by Major County deputies Monday in the Cheyenne Valley area.
Mackey is serving a six-year sentence for drug and assault convictions from Pontotoc County. Flatt was serving a two-year sentence on drug and theft convictions from Love County.
They were discovered missing Oct. 14 from the minimum-security prison. Authorities said they were present for a 6 p.m. head count but were missing at the 8 p.m. check.
