BISON, Okla. — The other two victims from a three-vehicle fatality crash south of Bison Friday night have been identified as an Oklahoma City man and woman.

Nikisha Lynn Farris, 34, was identified as the driver of a 2013 Hyundai Accent. William Othel Maddox, 57, was identified as her passenger.

According to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol report, Farris was traveling northbound on U.S. 81 in the southbound lane. Antonio Medina Jr. 23, of Enid, was traveling southbound on U.S. 81.

Farris’ vehicle struck Medina’s 2013 Chevy Cruz head on at about 8:17 p.m., six-tenths of a mile south of Bison on U.S. 81.

All three were trapped in their vehicles by the collision for an unknown period of time, and were extricated by Hennessey and Waukomis fire departments, according to the report. Farris’ vehicle caught fire following the collision, delaying the identification.

Farris and Maddox were taken from the scene to the Medical Examiner’s Office in Oklahoma City. Medina was transferred to Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

It was unsure if Farris and Maddox were wearing their seatbelts, according to the report. Media was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the collision.

The report lists “investigation pending” for condition of driver and cause of collision.
