Margaret Albright, 91, of Carrollton, Texas, died Tuesday, March 11, 2014, in Carrollton.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Brumley-Mills Chapel with Rodney Briggs officiating. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Brumley-Mills Funeral Home of McAlester.
Born May 30, 1922, in McAlester, she was the daughter of Leonard and Mary Mamie (Folsom) England. She had lived in McAlester most of her life until she moved to Carrollton to be near her son.
Shortly after high school, she started working at Holsum Baking Company in McAlester as a secretary and worked her way up to co-owner and president and was in charge of daily operations.
She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of McAlester.
Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Joe and Chris Collins, Plano, Texas, and Mike and Karen Albright, of Tulsa; daughters, Glenda Moon, of Tulsa, and Joyce Sandifer, of Tulsa.
Also, grandchildren, Cole Collins, Caitlin Collins, Brian Fox, Allison Considine, Lindsey Poole and Brad, Jennifer Maynard and Jonathan, Alan Sandifer, Scott Sandifer, L.B. Moon, Annette Boyd and Mike, and Justin Wenninger and Dawnya, and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, George Albright; a daughter, Cindy Albright; a sister, Dell Douglass, and a brother, Leonard England.
