McALESTER — Matilda “Tillie” Przywara, 95, of Haileyville, died Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at her home.

Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Hartshorne with Father Hung Viet Le officiating. Burial will be at Holy Rosary Cemetery in Hartshorne. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Brumley-Mills Funeral Home of Hartshorne.

Born June 7, 1918, in Adamson, she was the daughter of Simon and Anna (Bacevich) Collins. She married John Przywara on Aug. 3, 1957, in Evergreen Park, Ill.

She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Hartshorne and enjoyed crocheting, bingo and fishing.

Survivors include one son, William John “Billy” Przywara, of Haileyville; two nephews and a spouse, Jerry and Evelyn Stackman, of Hartshorne, and Richie Panek, Evergreen Park; niece, JoAnn Bright, Darien, Ill., and great-nieces and spouses, Sherrie and Tod Anderson, of McAlester, Cindy and Mark Qualls, of McAlester, Evie and Terry Graham, Madison, Miss., Karen and Mike Slotta, of Hartshorne,  Susan and Marino Pelso, Downers Grove, Ill., and Kathy and Tim Rickerson, St. Charles, Ill.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Przywara, in 2009; parents; one sister, Catherine Stackman, and two brothers, Vic and Sam Collins.
